I have just recently found out about Project ONE, an effort to end severe poverty in the world by encouraging the leaders at the upcoming G8 summit to embrace 1. debt relief for poor countries 2. increased giving to these countries by the rich countries, 3. and reformed trade policies to increase economic gain in these countries.
